Includes the Soul Coaching® 28-Day Program

The Soul Coaching® 28-Day program is a spiritual journey that was created by Denise Linn, internationally renowned author and healer. The program is divided into four one-week periods. Each week is dedicated to one of the four elements and the four corresponding aspects of our selves: Air (mental clutter), Water (emotional clutter), Fire (spiritual clutter), and Earth (physical clutter).

No matter how hectic your schedule, you can do this program. There are assignments each day, which are divided into three levels and each day you choose the level at which to participate based on what works for you that day.

Level 1: Doing the level 1 exercises usually takes 15-30 minutes each day
Level 2: Doing the level 2 exercises usually takes 30-60 minutes each day (includes doing both Level 1 and Level 2 Exercises)
Level 3: Doing level 3 takes as long as it takes (includes doing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Exercises)

Somedays, you might only participate in Level 1. Other days, you may go all the way through to Level 3! There is no right way to do this program. Do as much or as little as works best for you.

We will connect at a location in Regina once per week at 7pm.

Meeting 1: Thursday, January 30 - Welcome! (preparing for air week/mental clutter)

Meeting 2: Thursday,  February 6 - (preparing for water week/emotional clutter)

Meeting 3: Thursday,  February 13 - (preparing for fire week/spiritual clutter)

Meeting 4: Thursday,  February 20 - (preparing for earth/physical clutter)

Meeting 5: Thursday,  February 27 - (preparing for vision quest)

Meeting 6: Thursday,  March 6 - Wrap Up & Celebration!
